This Website is offered to you, the member, by Unlimited Vacation Club®
subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. The use you make of this
Website constitutes your agreement to be subject to all such terms and conditions.
This Website has been designed to be a one-stop resource, easy to navigate and use to book
your vacations and access your many benefits.
As a stipulation to use this Website, you declare that you will not use this Website for any
forbidden or illegal purpose, in keeping with the terms and conditions contained herein.
MEMBERSHIP DESCRIPTION
Unlimited Vacation Club® is an exclusive travel club whose members enjoy
preferred rates, discounts and benefits from our partner providers.
Our several membership programs differ in term, access to types of properties and/or brands,
and level of access to our affiliated service providers.
Through this variety of membership levels, our discerning members can enjoy guaranteed
preferred rates and benefits at Resorts properties. Reservations are subject to
space availability.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF MEMBERSHIP
Discounts at Participating Hotels. Member will be entitled to a 25% (twenty-five
percent)
discount on the lowest rate published by the Participating Hotels or Authorized Tour
Operators.
Discounts at Partner Hotels. Member will be entitled to discounts at any of the
Partner Hotels
available at www.unlimitedvacationclub.com. The benefits and discounts offered may vary
according to the rules of each hotel.
Reservations. All reservations are subject to availability and must be requested for
stays of no
less than two (2) nights, with a maximum of twenty (20) additional rooms in the same period,
in
the same hotel, after the applicable Reservation Fee is paid.
Rates for Infants and Children. Some Participating Hotels allow children under the
age of
three
(3) to stay free of charge on condition that they stay in the same room as their parents.
Children between the ages of 3 and 12 will pay the children's rate set by the Participating
Hotel.
Annual Renewal Fee. Members must pay the Annual Renewal Fee on the anniversary of the
Activation
Date of their Contract in order to continue enjoying the rights and benefits of the
Contract.
Personal and non-commercial use limitation. The rights acquired under the membership
and
access
to discounts are solely for the benefit of members, their family and their guests;
therefore,
they do not represent a business opportunity and their use for profit is strictly
prohibited.
No discount on airfares. NO special discounts or benefits and/or rates on airfares,
airlines or
any other service related with aerial transport are offered, except such promotions as are
published on www.unlimitedvacationclub.com.
ADDITIONAL REWARDS AND PROMOTIONS
Amstar DMC
Unlimited Vacation Club® members have unlimited use of ground transportation and
guided tour
services with Amstar DMC with 10 to 15% discount off the public rate, during the term of
their UVC membership.
Exchange System
Members are allowed to deposit intervals of seven nights with the Exchange Supplier solely
for lodging service, subject to the member's good standing with the Exchange Supplier, the
terms and conditions of the Contract and Exchange Supplier, and upon payment of the
applicable fees. Members will receive two (2) years of affiliation free of charge.
From the third year, members may renew their membership on their own directly with the
service provider if they wish so. This membership can remain in good standing as long as the
Unlimited Vacation Club® membership is in good standing too.
U Lifestyle
Members may enjoy the benefits of this program: preferred rates for cruises and additional
benefits including but not limited to hotel accommodations and resort stays worldwide, gift
cards for restaurants and entertainment centers, etc. Members will receive two (2) years of
affiliation to the U Lifestyle program free of charge. From the third year, members may
renew this membership on their own directly with the service provider if they wish so. This
membership can remain in good standing as long as the Unlimited Vacation Club®
membership is
in good standing too.
U Car Rentals
Unlimited Vacation Club® members may receive up to 25% discount on car rentals
through
www.unlimitedvacationclub.com (rates with discounts already applied). This benefit is only
available in Mexico.
U Yachts
As a first visit incentive, Unlimited Vacation Club® members will be granted
access to the
Yacht program to make unlimited use of yacht rides at a special rate including the following
characteristics:

A fleet in the main destinations where Resorts is present.
- Special rates with a discount on the public rate.
- Taxes and fees may apply according to the port of departure.
U Fly, U Save
Unlimited Vacation Club® members can combine discounted roundtrip airfare from
20-plus
airports throughout the United States with discounted accommodations and amenities at
properties in Mexico, the Caribbean, Costa Rica and Panama.
